How Global Hire Partners handles the information you share with us.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, contact details, professional background, résumé, and any message you send. We do not collect sensitive personal data and ask that you do not include it.
How we use it
Your information is used to understand your professional background, assess relevance to recruitment opportunities and advisory work, and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Sharing
We do not share your information with an organization or third party without your knowledge. Where we use service providers to host or process data, they act on our instructions and are bound to protect it.
Storage and security
Information and uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded résumés are held in private storage with no public URL and can only be opened by an authorized administrator through a link that expires after 60 seconds.
Retention
Candidate profiles and résumés are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, employer inquiries for up to 36 months, and general inquiries for up to 12 months. We remove information sooner on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Any revision will be published on this page.
